Bethany Ruhe

Bethany lived in Beechview during high school, were she attended the Pittsburgh High School of the Creative and Performing Arts. While life took her other places, she eventually returned to Beechview in August of 2015. She immediately threw herself in to the community, and hasn’t stopped since.

In addition to her new role as President of the Beechview Athletic Association, Bethany is also a member of the Beechview Revitalization Advisory Group, and is creator and Executive Director of Hell on Hills, the World’s Steepest 5K (and Beechview’s first and only 5K!)

Bethany lives in Beechview with her boyfriend, Casey, who has worked to rehab several properties in Beechview, as well as built Pittsburgh’s only Tiny House, right here in the neighborhood! Their six year old son, Jones, was an avid BAA athlete last season, playing on Rookie Ball and a 6-8 year old team. They round out their family with Herman the Bulldog, and their two chickens, Goldie Hen and Susan Sarhendon.

Bethany is very excited to help lead the BAA this season. She is passionate about giving children opportunities to learn and be fit, and she loves helping the Beechview community shine.

Would really like to see everyone again this summer at the field!!!

She is happy not only to be sitting in the stands to cheer on her nieces and nephew as they play this year, but to be even more involved in helping the B.A.A. create those memories for all the players.

Tracey Mozeyko was born and raised in the Beechview neighborhood, attending Beechwood Elementary, Milliones  Middle School, and Brashear High School.
Tracey has been thoroughly involved in the Beechview community from a very young age attending church, dance, gymnastics and softball in Beechview throughout her entire childhood.
Passionate about the quality of life and the well being of others, it was a no-brainer for Tracey to work in the healthcare field, hands-on as a caregiver.
She has been providing quality care and improving the quality of life for the elderly and individuals of all ages with disabilities for 19 years now.
Tracey, along with her boyfriend Thomas, have now been raising their 3 children Jordan, Trinity and Timmy in Beechview since their births.
